Tri-Clor’s thermoplastic welders utilize hot gas hand welding, hot plate butt fusion welding, and flow fusion welding to fabricate thermoplastic linings. We specialize in the single heat pass flow fusion welding and maximize its use due to its high weld efficiency and consistent weld quality.
Our welder qualifications include short term weld strength testing per ASTM C1147 (American Society for Testing & Materials) and their certifications are material and process specific.
